About

I’m a systems operations engineer and IT operations leader with more than ten years in IT, from the help desk through senior infrastructure roles.

My focus is reliability, automation and documentation across Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Exchange Online), identity with Active Directory and Entra ID, Azure, and VMware vSphere. I’m known for calm incident response, clear SOPs and runbooks, and seeing an issue through from triage to resolution.

Today, at New Hope Worship Center in Orlando, I lead tech and ministry operations, stepping into the Executive Minister role over systems, processes and communications, focused on documented processes, clear ownership, and teams that can sustain the work.
